They won’t just endorse almost anyone like some schemes, and we are the ONLY Trustmark Government Endorsed Quality Upholstery cleaner in the Doncaster area.  We set our standards high enough to qualify.

Do they use multiple cleaning methods and cleaning solutions?

Check they don’t only have one method of upholstery cleaning or just one type of upholstery cleaning product. We have a variety of upholstery cleaning methods and upholstery cleaning products to choose from.

PLUS, check they undertake regular training. Many cleaners do initial training and then never bother again as they “know it all and have done it for years!” We’re trained to the highest standards in the industry so you get peace of mind that we’ll provide the most appropriate method and product to meet your individual carpet cleaning needs. We also do annual update training with our suppliers.

Ask them how many suites they will clean in one day.

No matter how large or powerful a machine you have, it's common knowledge amongst true professionals in the industry that you cannot clean seven or eight suites a day, and clean them to the industry standard.  We won't cut corners or only skim over the side panels, nor any of the other quick cheats, including some Health & Safety risks taken by some cleaners to fit in seven or eight suites a day.  To clean to the standard, and correctly clean suites, we'd never book more than three suites in a typical day.  We won't rush and do a quick job just so we can do a cheap job.
