Great job. Phoned to ask if they could arrive earlier than appointment. Cleaned the carpet that was almost dry a couple of hours later. Now it is dry it looks like a new carpet and so bouncy again. Will be using Clean and Dry again without a doubt.

Excellent company. The two employees arrived early which was great, in company t.shirts looking smart. They were both very professional during their time at my home. My stairs and landing carpet look like new, great job!!! As there were two of them it didn't take long at all. Thank you Clean & Dry, I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We were really impressed with the Clean & Dry team and their professional and thorougher approach. Peter the technician was absolutely brilliant. He turned up exactly when he said he would and got to work straight away. He took time to survey the carpets and gave us an honest impression of what he thought he could achieve. He was totally meticulous in his work and wore plastic overshoes the whole time he was in the house. The equipment he used was equally impressive and treatments were also applied prior to cleaning. I was amazed at just how much dirt was removed! I would highly recommend Clean & Dry to anyone who wants a professional carpet clean. If you want the best results then these are the guys for you.

I only have good things to say about Clean & Dry Doncaster. We have 2 dogs and regularly have our carpets and sofa cleaned by the team to keep them looking and smelling fresh. We are always pleased with the service and results. In the past we have used cheaper companies and I do believe you get what you pay for. No one else has managed to get our carpets as clean or provide us with a more professional service and that is the reason we keep coming back. An excellent service that we would highly recommend.

I must admit I was a little sceptical to see what the marble flooring would look like after it had been polished, but I have got to say it looked amazing. As soon as I came home from work and walked through the door the shine hit me and it was over whelming. Brilliant result. You know the old saying you get what you pay for this aplys. Our much loved and cherished rug had been badly soiled whilst looking after our daughters new puppy. It had acquired a very unpleasant odour and several stains. Having paid various local cleaning companies to come and clean the rug only to find the odour and stains as bad when they'd departed as when they'd arrived. Contacted Allan at Clean and Dry in a final attempt to save our beloved rug from being thrown in the skip. All that I can say is what a pleasure to find a company that is as professional and competent as Clean and Dry are.I didn't believe that it could be brought back to life but got our rug back after a week, wow looks like new and has absolutely no odour, . If you have a rug that you love but feel it is beyond saving, try Clean & Dry for honest advice and excellent service.

Very friendly person when I telephoned to make enquiries. Explained the prices very clearly, and the price was quoted straight away, no ' it may be less or maybe more ' John who came to clean our chair was friendly, efficient and a very tidy worker. John recently cleaned a leather corner unit and chairs. We were very impressed with his work - although everything is ten years old, it looked brand new when he'd finished. He also explained a lot about the different types of leather and how best to look after our furniture in the future.

Each year I have my rug cleaned by clean and dry it is 100 percent wool and quite large and heavy . Kevin from clean and dry comes to take it away to be cleaned then around 10 days later my precious rug is returned to me smelling fresh and looking lovely and clean. I've never had a reason to complain their customer service is second to none !! I highly recommend this company and the people who work for them keep up the good work clean and dry !!!!!

Can’t recommend Clean and Dry Doncaster enough. From the first contact they were so friendly and accommodating I didn’t even bother looking anywhere else. They were punctual, quick and happily fit in with the chaos of our moving day. Carpets are like new. They even left their Dri-Pod fans for us as we needed to get it dried asap so we could move furniture in (amazing contraption everyone needs one 😂). I have a large cream rug which had pet urine stains on it and was very dusty from being stored in the loft. Its now beautifully clean and looks brand new. I was given a quote over the phone. This was the price I was charged. The rug was taken away and brought back on time. Clean and Dry is very efficient, staff are friendly and competent. This is the second time I have used them and I am extremely satisfied. I can fully recommend Clean and Dry and will use them again when I need to.

Clean & Dry are one of those businesses that you won't need very often, but when you do, you'll be so pleased you know who to contact! They have exceeded my expectations simply by being so helpful and so cost effective! My wool rug has not only been returned, but re-laid for us. It's clean and fresh, which arguably is to be expected, but it's how they went about the collection and return that have impressed me.

What an amazing job they done with my Chinese rug 29th July 2025 it looks amazing looks brand new haha all the marks come out bar one but they did say they can’t guarantee to get everything out but they’ll try their best and they did. Absolutely Transformed My Well-Loved Rug - Looks & Smells Brand New! I cannot recommend Clean and Dry in Doncaster highly enough! They have completely transformed a rug I thought was beyond saving, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. We have a very large synthetic rug from NEXT that endured three years of heavy use in our busy family lounge. It had seen it all: numerous stains from tea, ingrained food (especially tomato-based products), and unfortunately, several toileting accidents from our two young children. Despite our best efforts with spot cleaners and even another local "professional" mobile carpet cleaner, the rug was left with a persistent, awful smell I can only describe as a wet dog. After speaking to Alan on the phone, I immediately felt reassured. He took the time to explain their thorough deep-cleaning, sanitising, and drying process, which is specifically designed to eliminate the deeply embedded dirt, dust, hair, and bacteria that cause odours. I knew then I had found the right company. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to drop the rug off early before work and collect it at my convenience. Unwrapping the cleaned rug was a genuine "wow" moment – I can honestly say it looked and smelt absolutely brand new! All the stains and, most importantly, the horrible smell were completely gone. I wish I had used Clean & Dry from the start instead of wasting money elsewhere. When I collected it, I mentioned how dirty I thought it was, and they kindly said mine was clean in comparison to some they see! This is definitely money well spent. I will be a returning customer for any future cleaning needs and will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you so much, Clean and Dry! A well-deserved 5-star service.
