Excellent company. The two employees arrived early which was great, in company t.shirts looking smart. They were both very professional during their time at my home. We were really impressed with the Clean & Dry team and their professional and thorougher approach. Peter the technician was absolutely brilliant. He turned up exactly when he said he would and got to work straight away. He took time to survey the carpets and gave us an honest impression of what he thought he could achieve. He was totally meticulous in his work and wore plastic overshoes the whole time he was in the house. The equipment he used was equally impressive and treatments were also applied prior to cleaning. I was amazed at just how much dirt was removed! I would highly recommend Clean & Dry to anyone who wants a professional carpet clean. If you want the best results then these are the guys for you.

I only have good things to say about Clean & Dry Doncaster. We have 2 dogs and regularly have our carpets and sofa cleaned by the team to keep them looking and smelling fresh. We are always pleased with the service and results. In the past we have used cheaper companies and I do believe you get what you pay for. No one else has managed to get our carpets as clean or provide us with a more professional service and that is the reason we keep coming back. An excellent service that we would highly recommend.

I must admit I was a little sceptical to see what the marble flooring would look like after it had been polished, but I have got to say it looked amazing. Our much loved and cherished rug had been badly soiled whilst looking after our daughters new puppy. It had acquired a very unpleasant odour and several stains. Having paid various local cleaning companies to come and clean the rug only to find the odour and stains as bad when they'd departed as when they'd arrived. Contacted Allan at Clean and Dry in a final attempt to save our beloved rug from being thrown in the skip. All that I can say is what a pleasure to find a company that is as professional and competent as Clean and Dry are.I didn't believe that it could be brought back to life but got our rug back after a week, wow looks like new and has absolutely no odour, . If you have a rug that you love but feel it is beyond saving, try Clean & Dry for honest advice and excellent service.

Each year I have my rug cleaned by clean and dry it is 100 percent wool and quite large and heavy . Kevin from clean and dry comes to take it away to be cleaned then around 10 days later my precious rug is returned to me smelling fresh and looking lovely and clean. I've never had a reason to complain their customer service is second to none !! I highly recommend this company and the people who work for them keep up the good work clean and dry !!!!!

Can’t recommend Clean and Dry Doncaster enough. From the first contact they were so friendly and accommodating I didn’t even bother looking anywhere else. They were punctual, quick and happily fit in with the chaos of our moving day. Carpets are like new. They even left their Dri-Pod fans for us as we needed to get it dried asap so we could move furniture in (amazing contraption everyone needs one 😂). I have a large cream rug which had pet urine stains on it and was very dusty from being stored in the loft. Its now beautifully clean and looks brand new. I was given a quote over the phone. This was the price I was charged. The rug was taken away and brought back on time. Clean and Dry is very efficient, staff are friendly and competent. This is the second time I have used them and I am extremely satisfied. I can fully recommend Clean and Dry and will use them again when I need to.

Clean & Dry are one of those businesses that you won't need very often, but when you do, you'll be so pleased you know who to contact! They have exceeded my expectations simply by being so helpful and so cost effective! My wool rug has not only been returned, but re-laid for us. It's clean and fresh, which arguably is to be expected, but it's how they went about the collection and return that have impressed me.

What an amazing job they done with my Chinese rug 29th July 2025 it looks amazing looks brand new haha all the marks come out bar one but they did say they can’t guarantee to get everything out but they’ll try their best and they did.
